I hereby waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity, "moral rights" or any other rights of a similar nature in connection with the exploitation of my name, voice, photo, video or film likeness, or any portion thereof and acknowledge that the event holders, producers or sponsor organizations may alter, modify or combine my name, voice, photo, video or film likeness with other works, including in a manner that substantially alters the fundamental character of name, voice, photo, video or film likeness.


<P><strong>Event Rules</strong>

<P>You have reviewed and agree to abide by the JustAskMyFriend.com event rules.  You agree that JustAskMyFriend.com may remove me from an event at its discretion without refund or liability to you.


<P><strong>Indemnity</strong>

Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the state and federal courts in San Jose California (as permitted by law) and each party agrees not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
